So, the past two nights, for whatever reason, I've had some vivid as hell dreams. Why not make a thread to share those dreams, eh? I had a nightmare two nights ago, and a pretty damn cool one last night.
I'll start with the cool one. So, for whatever reason my dream takes me back into 1974. I'm chilling with my mom back in that time, so she's probably like 7 or 8. We're watching TV together, and for whatever reason modern day singers are the big thing back then; Robin Thicke and Whitney Houston were performing. In between their performances were commercials, and the only ones I can remember was one with Johnny Carson and Frank Sinatra and then the biggest bit was a bunch of commercials for candies. The thing about the candy commercials is that you could put your hand out and get some of the candy and eat it. Oh, yeah, and there was a candy called Ni--a Hitta for whatever reason (it was basically a Now and Later). The reason I know it was 1974 is because I must've brought my phone along with me back in time and Google'd during Whitney's performance, the exact song she was singing and from where and the year popped up in the suggested. So, yeah, there's that dream.
Then, the nightmare was absolutely terrifying. My family was having a cookout and I don't know why, but we had a ladder up to the roof where people could sit and eat. This was a stupid idea as kids were playing on the roof. At one point, the terrifying point, my little 9 year old cousin (who's like a little brother to me) was chasing a ball on the roof and he accidentally jumped off the roof following it. And it was a long drop. From there, I remember getting in a car with my two sisters and my cousin's mom as my cousin's grandmother and my mom stayed and waited for the ambulance. It was a lot of bullshit that's pretty terrifying from there, but yeah.
I dunno why I've been having these dreams the past two nights, but I'm curious to see any you have to share.
