i saw it on netflix back when it was worth $8 a month. pretty much 88 minutes of bashing and 5 minutes of "well he did give us 6 SW's...."

Every few years he seems to kind of relax, rest up on the "improvement" crap, find something else to do, and I wind up hoping that he's gotten it out of his system. Yet sooner or later another anniversary or a new format comes along and he turns right around and changes things further, causing the whole cycle to begin anew. Over and over, time and time again, always...a new hope.

Over and over, time and time again, always...a new hope. Given that he no longer owns the rights to the films, I kind of think he's done re-editing them. Of course, you and I have very different takes. I actually prefer the newer versions, particularly after he strung back in the scenes that should have been there all along. |
