Why is it that nobody could tell I was joking when referring to DiCaprio? Even Mike, the wisest sage in all the lands, could not tell. Is this what our world has come to? Are we really doomed to a real life parody of Idiocracy?

Why is it that nobody could tell I was joking when referring to DiCaprio? Even Mike, the wisest sage in all the lands, could not tell. Is this what our world has come to? Are we really doomed to a real life parody of Idiocracy? It is difficult even for the wisest sage in all the lands to detect sarcasm in an internet post that reads as blatantly straight as "DiCaprio is an awful actor. He's only ever been in tons of overrated movies that critics drool over for some stupid reason. Maybe they all have boners for him or something..." Though to be fair I would probably have come to that conclusion when I saw your subsequent responses to everyone's confusion. This site has an odd habit of ignoring me when I tell it to show me the last posts of a thread. |

Now that the end of the year is near many critics are proclaiming "Gravity" to be the best film of 2013.
Hobbit update: 21 reviews, 17 of them positive for a Rottentomatoes score of 81%, or nearly 20% higher than the last film. Obviously this will change in both directions as dozens more reviews come in but the movie is trending much better than last year.

Hmm...I'm trying to think of any new movies that I watched this year. I honestly don't know if there are any. I can't remember the last time I rented something and the last time I was at the theater was to catch The Hobbit last Christmas Eve.
The Godzilla teasers remind me of some of the stuff we got for past monster movies. This could bode well and the movie could be a lot of fun, like I felt Cloverfield was, or it could be...well, I don't think anything will be quite as bad as the last Godzilla film.

There are worst films, even in the realm of Godzilla... mutoresearch.net/Anyhow this site is pretty cool...apparently it has a bunch of secrets in it and such. I typed in gojira and a bunch of Japanese characters came up. You probably think that it would just have translated it, but nope. The characters are completely different from the Japanese characters for Gojira. Unfortunately I can't copy the message and I really would like to know what it means... |

Japan got me a set of coordinates which are : 35.6895N 139.6917E
Searching these in Google Maps sent me to an address: 2 Chome-8-1 Nishishinjuku
I'm confused...
EDIT:Okay, I figured out that those were the coordinates to Tokyo City Hall...
Apparently it is M.U.T.O Installation. As to what M.U.T.O is I have no idea.
