9 Days after continuing where I left off (episode 3)... I'm now mid-way through Season 3.... I love this shit. I'm glad, partially because I totally told you so.

i would have to say season 4 is my favorite... Season 4 is totally Gus' season, one of the reasons why I love it so much. I don't know if I could pick a favorite, I've tried. The first season has my favorite three-episode arc (episodes 1, 2, and 3), the second season is a pivotal series of events and change in Walter's character, and the final season (well, all of season five, though they split it in two) is just a string of masterpieces where everything comes to a head. There was no one season that I disliked, though 3 may be my least favorite. I only disliked a small dip right at the halfway point of the show (a couple episodes near the end of season 3 and a couple near the beginning of season 4).

Im not liking thw Jesse situation so far in Season 4 (I'm on Ep.5), I like Jesse and it's genuinely tough to watch him trying to deal with his demons and block them out...... It's excellently done on all parts, Writing, Shooting, Directing & Of course the Acting.

Just finished season 4 last night, I planned on watching the usual 2-3 episodes.... I watched 8 and turned my TV off at 5:15 in the morning.. Meh.
I loved it, Especially the final episode from Season 4.

The last episode of season 4 is all-time classic. We were discussing that earlier. It's one of the top ten of the whole series, most people seem to agree on that.
I most enjoyed Jesse as happy-go-lucky assistant to Walt myself, but I liked that the character increased in depth and matured. It's important for his character. More so than ever before in the final season.

I get it's important, I'm saying that the character of Jesse has grown on me to such an extent that it became difficult to what him battle with the demons inside is head after he killed Gale & I genuinely felt for him. It was brilliantly acted by Aaron.

He won an Emmy for the season that you're referring to. I think he won a second one for the penultimate season as well. And you probably already know that Brian Cranston won three straight Emmys for the first three seasons. We'll see if anyone gets in for the last season, that one's still yet to be decided.
And man, you're already almost done. It's to the point that we have to keep YOU from spoiling things for people now. Lots of major things to spoil in the final 16 episodes.

LOL I haven't played my PS3 in weeks, I Keep thinking "tonight's the night I take a break from Breaking Bad" but it never happens, I ALWAYS end up watching, I've even got as far as putting my PS3 on.. That never lasts longer than 5Min and I've turned it off and got Breaking Bad on again..... I need help man.

Lol you describe the same reaction that I had, and I think you're going through the episodes even faster than I did. You don't have a lot of episodes ahead of you but some of the absolute best (including the one most commonly hailed as the favorite) are still coming up. When it's all said and done you're going to be thinking about everything you've seen for days or weeks.
Last year the show finally won for best television series, the award going to the first half of season five. The last half is pretty much perfection from start to finish so I'm going to be excited to see if it gets the award as well.

Did you or Soon actually finish the show yet? Nope. I was planning to watch The Sopranos while I waited to get the last eight episodes of BB, but the first episode was so boring that I don't think I'll be watching anymore of the series.

I was planning to watch The Sopranos while I waited to get the last eight episodes of BB, but the first episode was so boring that I don't think I'll be watching anymore of the series. I fell asleep the first time that I tried to watch the very first episode. You have to remember that you're trying to get into it after years of relentless hype and all people everywhere claiming it as a masterpiece. At the time, it was probably just another show. It's easier to be impatient when you've been led to expect brilliance. You may just not wind up liking it- I wouldn't know, I've never watched it again myself- but it seems to be pretty much universally accepted that The Sopranos turns into one of the finest shows in television history. You might just need to watch a few episodes before it starts hitting a stride. But again, I wouldn't know. I finished it last night.... Loved the very last episode. I'm in agreement with you Mike it is indeed one of the greatest TV shows ever. Yep, you finished them off pretty quickly. And yeah, I told you! Just like everyone told me. I'm glad that I finally gave it a shot and got someone else interested in it as well. Now you can relax and let it all sink in or start listening to the Breaking Bad Insider podcasts to hear the cast and crew talk about how each episode (well, from season 2 onward) came to be.
