One of the reasons why Breaking Bad was as good as it was is the fact that creator Vince Gilligan specifically set out to tell a story that had a definitive "life expectancy" and didn't artificially stretch it out to take advantage of ever-climbing ratings. Creating a film or second series runs completely counter to the very nature of the story.
Walt's tale was told and (somewhat ambiguous final shot aside) it ended quite conclusively. Let it rest unsullied.
