Think McFly Think's Peter Georgiou tweeted that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is now rumored to be up for the role of Jon Stewart/Green Lantern. This is not concrete news; Georgiou himself classifies it as a rumor going around Hollywood.

It could be true, however. Do you think Johnson is in talks for Batman vs. Superman or another DCCU film?

Now keep in mind this is only a rumor and Denzel Washington is still rumored for the role, so things might be a little confusing until the film's release in 2015.

So who should get the role? Denzel or The Rock? Post your comment below and share your opinion.

I don't like either as the role of Jon Stewart, personally. What do you guys think?

I don't want the animated series "I'm a Marine tough guy" Stewart, so I definitely don't want The Rock, Elba, or any of those goons to play him. Why people can't accept the comic book version, who as a highly intelligent and thoughtful architect, is beyond me. I guess black guys can only be tough guys and gangsters... dudes with college degrees have to be white.

launrence fishburn gave me my favorite moment in man of steel. When Jenny is stuck under the rubble and the gravity thing is right behind them. The look he gave her was so freaking good it gave me goosebumps and still gives me goosebumps everytime I see the scene. I guess you can say that was my favorite part of man of steel giving it had the most impact on me

Here's a thought. How about hiring someone known for playing intelligent characters instead of an itinerant tough guy? Oh, right, Morgan Freeman is too old and he's the only black actor in Hollywood who doesn't play tough guys.
