Simpsons: Hit N Run. Love that game, and no, not just for nostalgia. It also very, very entertaining to me after all these years.
Don't expect long reviews from me.

I actually liked that game and I hate the Simpsons, lol. I also liked another Simpsons game, but I don't know what it was called. I think just "The Simpsons Game."

Never played Road Rage, heard great things, though. Hit 'n Run was excellent. Then there's the Simpsons: the Game, which I enjoyed, even though it got mediocre scores across the board.

Just finished Bastion. Amazing. The plot was excellent, the gameplay was fun, the characters were relatable and enjoyable, the art was by far the most beautiful I've ever seen, and replayability is enormous. 10/10, definitely one of my new faves.

Watched a let's play of I have no mouth and I must scream. It's an adventure game, so watching it and playing it are practically the same. Anyways, it was very... Interesting, I guess. Definitely disturbing. 8.5/10.

Finished AC:IV. I thought it was good, but stealth mechanics didn't work sometimes (ie guards would see you even when hidden) and there were a good bit of getting stuck under trees, etc. Also, sailing was a bit of a drag and it was somewhat hard to navigate sometimes. 8.5/10

Hello everybody this is my review of the Strider 2014 the TRIAL (i don't have enough money for the full game but i'll buy it and review the full game too . And don't expect a long review)

Gameplay:

+Nearly same as the originals.
+New moves
+Smooth gameplay
-They took out the double jump
Visuals:

+Big jump from the PS1 to the Xbox 360 (duh)
+Beautiful
-A little bit too cartoony
Game Experience:
+It's just like the old games
-Too many opponent's with guns
Difficulty:
+It's enough difficult for a beginner and for a veteran too.
Story:
-There are not that much story in the TRIAL version.
+The story (in the full version(i did read the story of the full game so..)) clings to the old games.
Level Design:
-Just only one level in the TRIAL.
+Good level design for platforming/fighting
+There are secrets.
Please take in mind that this is a review of the TRIAL of the game (as being said above) and i will write a review of the FULL game too (this too).
I give this TRIAL a 8.8/10
If you have enough money and loved the first two you should buy it. If not then download this TRIAL its awesome too!

It could be a negative but the old games were good too(in my opinion). If you didn't played the old games i can give you a link to them in PM. Well, generally speaking if you buy a sequel to a game, it's because you like the ones before it. If you play Assassin's Creed because you like it, you don't want a sequel being like Mortal Kombat.....

Because the old games were "cool" and even i played it(not trying to say this means something big). Man the old games are "cool" in a way even in these days. Yes the story is a cliché. but the feel when you play it just idunno makes the game like your fav games in one. Do you want to try the old games? I can give you links to them if you want. |
