Why cesaro is not like a standalone name like sheamus. Antonio cesaro was one of the names I really liked too.

Cesaro is a phenomenal talent. He's either going to get Over by finding a connection with the fans, or he's not. Changing the name has no bearing on it

I like watching Barrett work, but I honestly believe that his failure to get Over is because he hasn't connected with fans, not because WWE has been switching up his gimmick. There are a handful of instances where WWE has ripped a guy out of a gimmick that was successful, but they're few and far between.

Sheamus O'Shaunessy would also like to beg to differ. Imagine if they had kept that full name...

Sheamus O'Shaunessy would also like to beg to differ. Imagine if they had kept that full name... I don't think the gimmick would have worked in WWE, but I $#@!ing loved Sheamus O'Shaunessy.

The Ringmaster. That gimmick was plum, Austin just didn't have it in him. (Is it just me, or does he look kind of like Ken Andersen there?)

I remember seeing Ken Anderson wrestle three matches on velocity or smackdown (I can't remember) 3 weeks in a row (and win all 3) and then he disappeared for a few years....anybody else remember that?
