Media outlets that don't normally cover wrestling news are discussing the fan outrage about Lesnar winning, so it's having an impact, at least in that it's bad press

Speaking of Wrestlemania 30 I chuckled during the Cena vs Wyatt match when Cena had the chair and the referee said "this is not who you are John" some official he is, being a consultant and not refereeing. I laughed when Cena tried to go all crazy and rake Wyatt's eyes out lol

I was expecting Cena to go get his chain and knucks in fairness. Was a little disappointed.
Wyatt would have been the perfect opponent to go thuganomics Cena on.

I'd drop everything WWE after that result, lol. I really like the content of the network regardless. I'm working my way through some great WCCW shows, and I plan to watch the WCW PPVs chronologically with my son starting on his Spring Break.

I didn't even know TMZ had a sports section until I saw that Taker was injured there, lol.

Just in case anyone is unfamiliar with the term smark means smart mark and is in no way an insult to anything "Smark" is always used as an insult. nope, it used to refer to fans who were savvy to kayfabe, now it pretty much refers to people who love the inter-workings of the buisness

If they wanted to give a twist to WWE, and one that would've made some sense, they should've made Cena heel. I'm not saying necessarily bring back thuganomics (though I wouldn't be upset about that), but make him a heel.

Thing is, the WWE absolutely knew there would be this fan outrage and did it anyway.
For some reason they still seem to think they can draw in the MMA crowd with Brock. Vince, you can't.

When I saw some 6 other companies' stock prices' net changes, the range was -1.08% to -2.52%. So yeah, WWE isn't looking too good right now....

I do however think that you trying to make it out as if you weren't using smark as an insult is wrong, lol. You can't deny you weren't intentionally using it as an insult to people (not necessarily people here either). You used smark as an insult to somebody, lol.

They'll be fine, just a short term backlash from some fans going hysterical over who beat the streak. It'll bounce back.

I was chuckling throughout the entirety of that match. It wasn't until the ref's inspirational "remember who you are" moment that me and my dad turned to each other and fell to the floor in a fit of laughter. 'Taker/Brock had the dumbest finish, but Wyatt/Cena may well have had the dumbest work.

Cena just needs to refresh his gimmick I don't know, honestly. I think just a change of gimmick would suck personally. I like Cena now, and I'll always say that. I however don't think that a gimmick change is all that's needed. I think it would be good for a few weeks, but sooner or later he'd be right back to sucking up, but in the form of a rap (or whatever gimmick he took). Going heel and just saying, "You know what, FUCK YOU ALL" would be way more entertaining and surprising to me, lol.
