You don't? I've done it on more than one occasion. Nope, I really don't remember. I don't care, either, because I'm okay with you ranting about a video game if that's what warms the cockles of your evil little heart-like device. He went apeshit on one of the guys at the 2K forum, just because he said he liked Dishonored. Eventually, he wasn't even insulting the game, he was just calling the guy an idiot and inferior over and over again. And, of course, we still act like we have no clue why they hate us over there.

In my defense I made it quite obvious that I was joking.

Pfft. We're wrestling fans. We're all just a bunch of uneducated beer swilling redneck simpletons unworthy of society's time.
We're also ridiculously misogynistic, and have to create our own friends. ;-]

Actually, I think the guy said he loved Dishonored, Minecraft, and Skyrim, and you told him to shut up, that he was incapable of being in your presence.

I know, right? Y'know, I was talking with a guy, and he said he liked Batman & Robin, so I deported him. Totally reasonable

I called him a Minecraft fanboy. *Shrug* Alright. I tried to look it up, but I couldn't find it. Besides, it's already an established fact that you're an ass, this isn't new ground.

The word "fanboy" tends to be somewhat inflammatory. Personally I don't mind it unless it's something I'm not actually a fanboy of. For instance, call me a HHH fanboy and I'll just shrug and nod. Call me an XBox fanboy and I'll stick a redhot fireplace poker into as many of your orifices as I can before it cools down.

As if other forum members don't throw fits over something being discussed that they don't like. Wild and Skyrim, Soon and Dishonored, etc. Mike threw a fit over something he didn't like that technically belongs in the thing he created. I don't remember Knight necessarily vengeful Nas at Skyrim being discussed repeatedly in the general gaming discussion thread. But rather that they're were multiple threads dedicated to Skyrim and GTA when we really only needed 1 or 2

No, most of my problem was Skyrim and GTA popping up in threads that had nothing whatsoever to do with Skyrim or GTA

There's no harm in admitting the 360 did several things better last gen (and maybe they will at some point this gen) than Sony and the PS3 did. Then there's fanboys like Soon who are so quick to throw Microsoft under the bus, they just here the term "water cooler conversation" and immediately spin that into an insult without knowing the application of the term.

I agree, but I still strongly dislike the term "fanboy" as applied to the consoles. I buy the console that suits my needs best, not the one from the company I'm in love with. Because I didn't jump on the "Microsoft is evil!" bandwagon and stopped caring about their stupid DRM measures the second Microsoft got rid of them, that apparently makes me a "fanboy." ... personally I'm more concerned with the mindset of the person who DOES still care about an announced feature even after it's been removed, as if just having considered it automatically makes someone untrustworthy.

I'm going with a PS4 over the Xbone simply because it has more exclusives, otherwise they're identical.
