You stay for the post credit stinger Nope. I usually do, but I didn't feel like it. It was just Apocalypse as a kid in Egypt being worshiped, the setup for X-Men: Apocalypse. It's going to be set in the 80's, and will probably be the best X-film since X2

Any word on who is playing Nightcrawler?

I know nothing about Apocalypse besides what I saw from the XMen Evolution cartoon(so nothing) but isn't he the first mutant and the strongest or something. Also from Egypt.

I know nothing about Apocalypse besides what I saw from the XMen Evolution cartoon(so nothing) but is't he the first mutant and the strongest over or something. Also from Egypt. Apocalypse is THE X-villain of the 90's. He debuted in the mid-80's in a comic called X-Factor which (at that time) was my favorite X-title of all time. It was the original X-Men re-united (sans Prof. X of course who was with the X-Men), and their primary villain was Apocalypse. Apocalypse was to the early 1990's what Magneto was to every other era of X-comics. He was the "big bad", the one thing so powerful and evil that good guys and bad guys would team up to take him down. His actual mutant power is controlling matter, which he can rearrange on a massive level (which is why you see him assembling a pyramid with his mind in the DoFP stinger), but he also has a ton of advanced alien technology, including a power suit. Apocalypse believes in Darwinism taken to an extreme, and foments constant chaos and upheaval in order to create a situation where only the strong can possibly survive. In short, he's pretty badass. If the comics had used him more sparingly over the years, he would still be a top tier villain.

<---------------Apocalypse Imagine apacalypse with the infinty gauntlet.
@wk No word on who is Nightcrawler. I would like to see the swashbuckling Nightcrawler first then develop him into the catholic. For some reason I have a feeling that we could be getting a Nightcralwer spin off.

Why does he have to be one or the other?

I would like Nightcrawler go through a experience in the first movie. Make him fun loving jokester like how he was in evolution. Then in the second movie turn him into the x2 catholic Nightcrawler. The experience in the first movie he goes to religion to find answers.

Fun show, but it should not in any way be used as a foundation for anything that wants to be taken seriously by people who care about X-Men characters and stories.

Lexcorp definitely should have been a skyscraper, that thing looks like a car lot, a paint warehouse, or a convention center.

James Gunn Teases Cosmic Beings 'Bigger Than Thanos' In GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY In the latest issue of Badass Digest's BIRTH.MOVIES.DEATH.magazine, director James Gunn talks about the scope of Guardians of the Galaxy, among other things. Although Knowhere, the giant floating head of a Celestial, has already been glimpsed in recent trailers, Gunn confirms,."We have a couple of Celestials who we refer to in the film. They’re part of the overall structure of the cosmic universe. They’re part of the fun of what the movie is." James Gunn then teased that we'll see other cosmic entities even bigger than the mad titan Thanos in the Marvel space epic. "Our characters, to some degree, have super powers, but at the same time they’re just ordinary citizens of the galaxy," he said. "They just happen to be renegades - they’re basically bikers. They’re just these ordinary citizens who get caught up in this thing - because they want money in the beginning - that has completely cosmic overtones. There are characters like Thanos involved, and then there are characters bigger than that. Suddenly these mortals are playing in the fields of gods. I always find that a very interesting thing.". There's more exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy interviews in the BIRTH.MOVIES.DEATH magazine. What do you think? Source: comicbookmovie.com
