Yes, you're absolutely wrong. I had friends who were "popular" and I was in sports, therefore spent a lot of time around "jocks." Puberty was very difficult for them, believe me. But they had there popularity and accomplishments to cushion that blow......I did not It's absolutely idiotic for you to believe that you had it more difficult than others did. ... but then, that's your entire generation. Generation Me. Your narcissism is a major turn off.

Does my generation fall under that generation. What is my generation? Generation Me is kids born in the 1980's and 1990's. Kids of the "everybody gets a trophy" generation and the "you are a unique snowflake and nobody can know anything about you but you" generation.

Don't listen to the sour old WildKnight, he's just mad because he didn't get his "participation trophy." -Or "sign-up trophy" for that matter.

Sadly. But I'm not special at all. In fact my 8th grade literacy teacher (who I've tried to recruit, so Knight won't be the oldest one here) always said that if everybody is special, nobody is. I've had those sentiments for YEARS. So I consider myself Limited Edition. Because when I'm gone, I'm not coming back until God calls me out from my slumber. Don't take that as an omen that I'm gonna die soon, thank you very much. It was a general statement.

Narcissism tends to peak in a culture as that culture nears the height of it's decline... as we are now. It's only going to keep getting worse until Western Culture falls flat and humbles all of us.

I've seen fight club far too many times to know I'm not a unique snowflake. I like to think of myself as optimistic realist

I like to think of myself as that weird kid who shoved goldfish crackers in his apple juice. Except those were the cool kids.

The puberty itself probably was on par yes.......but any kind of pain is amplified the less happy thoughts they have to cushion said pain........I have low self-esteem issues so how could I be narcissistic?

Your pain was not "amplified." The only thing "amplified" was your insane notion that somehow you were more isolated and hurting than everyone else. Narcissism does not require self-esteem. In fact, Malignant Narcissists frequently display hallmarks of low self-esteem.

Batman's my guy, my top dog. Many would call this a bandwagon, but I've loved the guy since I was five. The movies and how big he's gotten over the years has only increased the love I have for the guy.
I've always hated Superman though. Many say Batman is overpowered, but compared to Superman... yeesh....

I love both of them, regardless of how many times they've kicked my ass.

I love both of them, regardless of how many times they've kicked my ass. It's okay. You've also been critically injured by a villain who isn't as big as you are, just so he can escape Batman and that made you be treated by medications that rendered you sane but- You'll be okay.

Wolverine's my go to comic character. It's more so for sentimental reasons, most likely, but nonetheless. A wolverine comic was the first ever comic I read. And I always wanted to be like my older brother, who was fascinated with Wolverine, so I was the same way.
