...And yet you still watch. Yep. And your point is?

Who else is there? TNA couldn't book it's way out of a wet paper bag and makes a constant practice of using the WWE's throw-aways as their Main Event talent. RoH has been under the dubious "leadership" of Jim "I've got a great reputation despite being pretty clearly terrible at every aspect of this business" Cornette... TWICE. CHIKARA thinks wrestling audiences want anime storylines about invasions of ants from space. If there were anything like a WCW right now, the WWE would be on it's knees. We should start our own wrestling promotion. Nice new sig Steve.......very ironic

It was a good match? Hardly getting smacked around really. Besides, as I said - you have to take the feud as a whole, when it's done and dusted. A one off match doesn't tell you much. It's like reading a random page in a book and then going "Nah, this sucks" ... as soon as you said "it was a good match" I realized you must not have even watched. I did, it was alright. I suppose "good" was a strong word, it definitely wasn't bad.

It wasn't the worst match Wyatt has ever had, but it was well beneath Chris Jericho's standards, and the finish was predictable and completely unsatisfying.

I don't know 'bout you, but if I sell shit and it really sells, I'm going to keep selling shit. If I honestly believed that it worked that way, I might consider not watching. It doesn't though. The WWE doesn't care if I watch as long as 2 1/2 million other people still are.

We should start our own wrestling promotion. ... do you have a billion dollars or so laying around? If not, that's not going to work for you. We start out small. Save up money from everyone, and buy a ring and property. Then, we advertise and look for people to hire. Once we get about 10-15 wrestlers, then we can start putting on shows. People buy tickets. We spend ticket money on maintenance and save the rest up for something big. What's that big thing, you ask? A television deal. Boom. Everything is coasting from there until we get to ROH's level. Then we really have to start trying.

I'm sure most people didn't think Jericho would win clean. If they did, there wouldn't be a however many page thread about it and a huge discussion in the Battleground thread.

I don't know why I'd continue to watch it if it just makes me angry, but with that aside, I'd still rather not support WWE's idiotic behavior.

We should start our own wrestling promotion. And who would you hire? Better yet, how would you hire? For starters, we are going to have really crappy wrestlers. We won't get anyone with talent until we really start making it big. Locals would love to watch, no matter who it is in the ring. Plus, me. You should see me on a trampoline. Next Shawn Michaels right here.

And yet they still hold the wrestling world by the proverbial ball-sack. Who else is there? CHIKARA thinks wrestling audiences want anime storylines about invasions of ants from space. If there were anything like a WCW right now, the WWE would be on it's knees.or they might actually care enough to try..

or they might actually care enough to try.. I wouldn't count on it if they had actual competition, yes they would, they are complacent right now. they have no one to push them, i wish tna had a clue so we could have good wrestling on tv, but they can't. 2 gangs neither can shoot straight but the wwe has more bullets so they win by default.

That's what we need right now... for the WWE to have a reason to be afraid again.

I'm hopeful that they'll manage to get their head out of their ass. I've been watching for 30 years. I'm not going to give up because of a couple of down years. ... honestly, it's still better than the AE as far as I'm concerned.
