... now I'm imagining Ethan's Dad sitting with a controller in his hand shouting at it for having too many buttons. Not far off he plays Fishing games, Racing games, while my mother plays Just Dance. All very horrible but it makes them happy. Nothing wrong with that. My Dad loves the MarioKart series. My Mom bought him a Nintendo DS so he could have a travel version 8) |

My Dad is 60+ 65+, actually 8) He's fairly tech-savvy for a guy his age, he still monkeys around with computers and stuff. Not because he cares about how they work, but because he hates letting anybody do anything for him. |

My parents are only in their 40's and I literally have to show them how to do everything from signing in to Yahoo to posting pictures on facebook. |

An ISO is an archived disc image that contains all the data of a disc. In other words, it's a digital copy of a physical disc that can be played by a software emulator / mounted in a virtual system. It's perhaps most familiar to pirates. Not that I would ever condone piracy.
I think what surprised me most about this thread is that Knight's trying Fire Pro. I thought he was as nonplussed by that series as I was.

I've tried it many times. I hate it. I'm downloading it to give it another chance, since it's been a few years. Sometimes things change.
It doesn't hurt that I'm extremely bored and my wife won't let me play with the copy of ACIV I got at WalMart on Thanksgiving until Christmas, either.
