I don't think so. I think he was just banged up after the Punk match (which is to be expected; Punk works notoriously stiff), and tore something in the Cena match. C'mon, dude is in his 40's and hadn't been actively wrestling in quite some time. He's younger than Batista... By jove you're right... Rock is 3 years younger than Batista LOL Still, I stand by my point; as guys reach middle age they're more prone to muscle and bone injuries, and there's a world of difference between passive exercise like weight lifting and running, and impact sports like wrestling and football. |

all this being said, the batista deal really just shines the light on the fact the wwe can't or won't move on. how many "names" of the past have been rumored for a return. i do like Brock, but i liked him much better in the UFC than the wwe..fuck goldberg..

Well to be fair, how often are people complaining about WWE? At the same time you want these ex fans to give WWE a chance. When the usual outcry is of mediocrity or outrage.
That doesn't compute.
Also it's a different age. When I watch wrestling with my father when I was a kid he loved it. When I watch it with him now, he generally hates it and complains no one really stands out.
