Why do we crap on Stewie as a person, not just a wrestling fan? Well, let's see, shall we? He's said that he drinks women's anal juices while sleeping with them. He's said "Stephanie's tits are looking delicious tonight!" He pervs over anything female that steps in the ring, including AJ, who looks like a little girl, and Vickie Guerrero, who is much too old for him. He's said some homophobic statements. He claims to have lost his virginity when he was only 15. By the way, notice a theme here? Basically what I see here is.... You have a problem with Stewie being a guy with hormones. Also, why is it weird that he lost his virginity at 15 (or bad I should say)? I lost mine the week after I turned 16. Nonetheless, I don't see the problem with any of which you said. Also on a similar note, today I overheard these two guys having a conversation about girlfriends. Here's what they said...
Guy 1: "How long you been dating that one girl"
Guy 2: "A year"
Guy 1: "Damn, the longest I ever dated a girl was 17 weeks. Ended up breaking up with her just because"
Guy 2: "Why?"
Guy 1: "Eh, I got bored of her"
I wanted to hit guy 1 in the face...

Aside from some inappropriate sexual comments that need to stop, the theme that I see is someone saying unpopular things and then being bagged on for them, often when he's not even part of the active conversation. He likes AJ and Vickie? He claims to have lost his virginity at a young age? So what? Several of the other comments I already recognize from weeks past, when I've been watching this stuff unfold. I'm not defending Stewie in the sense that everything he's done is "okay" and that he's the more innocent party in all of this. I'm saying that both parties are responsible for escalating this thing. You've been playing off of each other: half the stuff that he says he probably wouldn't even say if several people weren't constantly giving him a hard time, and if he wasn't so happy to irritate you then you probably wouldn't feel the need to push so hard for him to go away. I get, and have always gotten, why some of you have an issue with some (not all, but some) of the things that he says. But the counter argument seems to be "We aren't doing anything wrong because he started it". I don't care who started it, I'm trying to put a stop to it. On BOTH sides. This isn't about who started what or who's done worse, it's about recognizing that there's a needless conflict going on and asking all parties to take the initiative of being mature and letting it go. You're annoyed by each other, we get it. I'll remind everyone again that this is what the block feature is for. |
