Yeah, Denver just wasn't good last night. It wasn't that the Seahawks were playing their best, it was that Denver was playing their worst. if the seahawks disguised their defensive packages and crossed up their coverages, it could have easily been them playing their best. when Pete Carrol coached USC he consistently one of the best defenses in the country. simply because he had a knack for changing up defensive looks. good defenses make good offenses inept. Nah. It was just Denver choking, big time.

I care nothing for football but after waltzing into my dad's living room and seeing that the score was something like 29-0, I was highly amused and openly hoped for a complete shutout simply because it would have made for a more entertaining story. Is this the biggest spread in superbowl history? Anyway it was funny- my dad watches the game every year but at the start of the third quarter he came over and asked if I'd show him some more Breaking Bad instead. It was the most abysmal game I can ever remember seeing. the biggest was the 49ers beating the broncos 55-10 (no google used)

I'm Sorry but they steamrolled a Denver Broncos team that not only lead the NFL in offense, ... that's exactly my point. If you think the Denver that played in the Super Bowl last night is the same team that won all those games and broke all those records, you're deluding yourself. Denver beat themselves. I disagree if they went out there and dropped a bunch of balls, or had a bunch of fumbles that were not forced i would be inclined to say Denver just had a bad game. Even Manning's interceptions were because of pressure from the defense, not from mistakes by him or his receivers running bad routs. The Seahawks played a hell of a game. I don't even like the Seahawks, but I like good football and that's what the Seahawks went out there and did last night they played good football. The broncos weren't devastated by a ton of injuries, that's the exact same team that played great all season. The Better defense just outplayed the better offense which history has show is almost always the case.

I can say that, actually, because I watched the game and you can tell when a team is half-assing it. But since people are insistent on deluding themselves that Seattle is just SO AMAZING, ya'll can knock yourselves out. I'd rather argue about which brand of toothpicks is less likely to splinter than try to explain to a deluded fan why they're deluded.

Peyton kept throwing the ball to the other team, the Broncos weren't holding onto the ball, and the Broncos literally weren't only lacking offense, but they were lacking half of their team, or at least it seemed that way. Seahawks didn't play great if you ask me. Usually you can tell when a team is so good that the other team looks bad. This wasn't the case. Broncos were literally doing everything themselves.

For instance, there was a play where Seattle DID actually set themselves up for a nice pick... and Denver's receiver blatantly interfered with Sherman rather than let him catch the ball (interestingly enough, no call on that one... ).

At times I thought that Manning and/or his receivers were trying to give Seattle the ball. or perhaps seattle was TAKING it.. LOL no dude. That is not what was going on. It's not as if we don't understand what you're talking about or haven't seen games where that was the case, that just wasn't what was happening last night. In some cases, yes, obviously... but Denver didn't lose that badly because Seattle is that great. They lost that badly because they never bothered playing the game.

Before anybody calls me out, that was a bit of an exaggeration of the field nor was it to be exact. It was to show what was happening on the field.

i wanna hit you with a rock right now... If you were to watch the game, you know the point I was getting across and how accurate the point is. i just watched a 15 minute highlight package..you left out how seattle got pressure on Manning with a 4 man rush. if your defense can pressure a quarterback with out blitzing that means you can flood the passing lanes with the other 7 guys...i don't need to see a game to realize that..
